WHAT IS GSBJJVA?
GSBJJVA is a sub-affiliate to Groundstone Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Headquarters in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. We are members of the Fredson Paixao Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association. For promotion authority, we adhere strictly to the rules and regulations of the IBJJF.
GSBJJVA’S MISSION
The GSBJJVA's Mission is to “Develop a community of martial artists who have a safe and effective place to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for self-defense and competition applications of the martial art.”
As a Marine, Coach Phil understands profoundly how BJJ can impact each person. Everyone has a different journey. Our Academy will not limit the application of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to any one person but rather develop the necessary application of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skill sets for everyone's daily life.
